Available on pay as you go basis, this support package has been designed to give you full control of the budget you spend on IT services for your organisation. Take control and design a package including number of call-outs and hours of help desk services needed.

The primary goal of this service is to ensure regular maintenance of customers IT infrastructure as per service level agreement (SLA) ensuring that proactive measures are taken to avoid any issues arising and effecting the normal business operation.

In event of an issue arising, it will be dealt with immediate response. Our team is capable of delivering excellent support services both remotely using remote control tools as well as by providing call out service if needed.
